All below Fees/ Charges include VAT

•  Landlord Tenant Find Fee – 120% of Monthly Rent (100% plus VAT)
• Landlord Management Fee – 14.4% of Monthly Rent (12% plus VAT)
• Landlord Tenancy Renewal Fee – £180.00 (£150.00 plus VAT)
• Amendment to Tenancy by Tenant – £50.00 (Including VAT)
• Late Payment of Rent Charge – 3% Above Bank Base Rate
• Lost/Stolen Keys – £15p/h for Staff Time and the Cost to Replace the Keys/Fob
• Out of Hours Access/Locked Out – Tenants need to contact a locksmith and
  cover the cost
